Booking System: Acuity

We have a system set up for sessions that lets you book, reschedule and cancel sessions. You also have the option of paying online now or reserve and pay later (which just requires a card on file)

Instructions are below, after you sign up for a class you can choose to create a profile to save your info. whether you create one or not, you can cancel or reschedule all appointments from the confirmation email.

Do I need to sign up? Yes! We try to keep group sizes 5 or less to an instructor, signing up lets me know how many instructors I need to accommodate. Also you'll be on the list for notifications for any time changes or cancellations. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancel more than 12 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for the session
