You can use them on any class/lesson. Submitting purchase orders and booking a class are two separate tasks. We recommend using our “book online” tab to book an appointment, and then submitting a purchase order accordingly. You can submit by class or by month. The schools require that we receive the purchase order before the class starts

The system does require a card entered when booking, once you type your card number in, select “reserve without paying” and confirm total amount being charged is $0. There is a box to write in charter school name, then when you check in to your lesson, confirm you are using charter funds with the front desk admin.

Starting Fall 2024, registration fee of $100/yr is required for using charter funds to cover administrative costs of keeping up with charter tabs, and livescan background checks for each school.

Regarding the registration fee, if you have not skated with us before and would like to try one class. You may take one class (at regular cost) before committing to the registration fee.
